Last updated: October 8, 2026.
This policy explains how New Faces Collective collects, uses, and shares information when you use the service. Your data belongs to you. Creating an account does not transfer ownership of your data or content to us.
1. Information we collect
- Account information, including your name, email address, login credentials in protected form, and account preferences.
- Profile information you provide, such as your location, biography, talent details, photographs, videos, links, and organization details. For talent accounts, we collect your birthday to check age eligibility.
- For guardian accounts, information about each child you add: their name, birthday, location, profile details, and photographs, together with your relationship to the child and when you gave consent.
- Activity within the service, including messages, saved lists, team memberships, support inquiries, and reports.
- Technical information used to operate and secure the service, such as session records, IP addresses, browser information, and error reports.
2. How we use information
We use this information to create and maintain accounts, publish profiles, help talent seekers discover and contact talent, deliver messages and account emails, respond to support requests, and provide account data downloads. We also use it to maintain the service, investigate reports, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. Public profiles
Information you publish on your profile can be viewed by visitors and indexed by search engines. Think carefully about what you choose to make public. Your full birthday is not published on your profile. Your account email is not displayed as a public talent contact address; contact happens through the service.
Children’s profiles on New Faces Kids are more limited. They show the child’s first name and the first letter of their last name, their town, and their age, never their surname, birthday, or an outbound link. They ask search engines not to index them or their photographs, and they are not included in our sitemap.
Messages are shared with their recipients. Authorized administrators may review reported conversations for moderation. Information you send to others or publish publicly may be copied or retained by those people.
4. AI profile reviews
If you request a profile review, we send your saved profile text and current profile photographs to our AI service provider to prepare editorial notes. We do not send your account email, birthday, or stored ethnicity field. Text and photographs you provide may themselves contain personal information. Profile reviews are not offered for children’s profiles, so their photographs and details are never sent to our AI service provider.
Reviews are private messages, not public scores or casting decisions. We retain delivered reviews and reports with message history, including after account deletion. We do not store raw AI provider responses or a separate copy of the submitted photographs for review history.
5. Sharing with partners and service providers
New Faces Collective may share your name, email address, and public profile information with its partners to support talent discovery and connections. Your email may be included in this sharing even though it is not displayed on your public talent profile. Partner sharing does not transfer ownership of your data. We do not share information about children with partners.
We also use service providers for hosting, data and media storage, email delivery, and error monitoring. They process information needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address abuse or protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
Partners and organizations may handle information they receive under their own privacy policies. Contact us with questions about partner sharing or requests concerning your information.
6. Cookies and your browser
Cookies are small pieces of information saved in your browser. They help websites remember things, such as whether you are signed in. Some services also save information in your browser in other ways.
Keeping you signed in
We use cookies so you can stay signed in while using your account. They normally last for seven days and may be renewed as you use the service. Some last only until your browser session ends. Signing out removes our sign-in cookies. If you block them, you will not be able to stay signed in.
Watching videos
Some profiles include YouTube or Vimeo videos. When you press Play, the video service connects to your browser and receives information about your device and internet connection. It may save information to make the video work, remember your preferences, or measure viewing activity. You can browse profiles without playing videos.
We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, but it can still save information in your browser, such as caption preferences. Some saved information remains until you or the video service removes it. Vimeo’s cookies can last for your browser session or up to two years, depending on their purpose. The providers explain their practices and how to manage them in Google’s cookie information (opens in a new tab) and Vimeo’s cookie information (opens in a new tab).
Finding and fixing problems
When enabled, a service called Sentry helps us find errors and slow pages. Reports may include information about your browser and how the page loaded. We do not use it to record and replay your browsing activity or track you for advertising. Read Sentry’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) for more information.
Your choices
Your browser settings let you block cookies and delete saved website information, usually under “Privacy” or “Site data.” Doing this may sign you out or stop videos from working. You may need to clear information saved by YouTube or Vimeo separately from New Faces Collective. If you need help, use our contact page.
We use safeguards to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices, downloads, and deletion
You can update your account and profile information in your account settings. In Account → Security, choose “Download my data” to request an export of your account information, including your profile, messages, and saved lists, sent to your account email. You can also manage message email notifications there.
Choose “Delete account” in the same settings to remove your account. Request a data download first if you want a copy. Deletion disables login, ends active sessions, removes your public listing, replaces identifying account fields, and removes stored profile media. It cannot be undone.
Account deletion does not erase every record. Messages remain in the other party’s inbox, and some account, profile, and moderation records remain in the service. Copies previously saved by other people or search engines are outside our control. Contact us to request further deletion or ask about retained information.
8. Children
Accounts are for people aged 18 and older. People under 18 must not sign up themselves. A parent or legal guardian may list a child on New Faces Kids through a guardian account, and organizations contact the guardian, never the child.
Guardians can correct a child’s details, including their birthday, from their account. A guardian’s data download includes every child’s profile, and deleting a guardian account removes every child’s profile it manages. To remove one child’s information without closing your account, unpublish their profile and contact us. If you believe a person under 18 has created their own account, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
9. Privacy requests and updates
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, erase, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Use our contact page for privacy questions, partner-sharing requests, or help exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We may update this policy as our practices change. The current version and its last updated date will appear on this page.
