Legal
Terms.
Last updated: October 8, 2026.
These terms govern your use of New Faces Collective. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on New Faces Collective. Provide accurate information, keep your account details up to date, and keep your login credentials secure. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
People under 18 cannot hold their own account. A parent or legal guardian may list a child on New Faces Kids through a guardian account, as described in section 3.
2. Discovery and contact
New Faces Collective makes it easy for talent seekers to discover and contact talent. A profile gives you a way to present your work and connect with organizations. It does not guarantee inquiries, bookings, employment, payment, or any other opportunity.
Talent and organizations are responsible for deciding whether to work together and agreeing on the scope, fees, usage rights, and other terms of an engagement. New Faces Collective is not a party to those agreements.
3. New Faces Kids
A guardian account lets a parent or legal guardian create and manage talent profiles for children under 18. When you add a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, that you have the right to act for them, and that you consent to New Faces Collective publishing the profile you build for them. You are responsible for the information, photographs, and messages on your children’s profiles.
Children’s profiles show their first name and the first letter of their last name. They never carry outbound links. Organizations contact the guardian through the service, never the child. Organizations must not try to contact a child directly, ask for a child’s private contact details, or arrange any engagement without the guardian.
Guardians and organizations are responsible for agreeing the terms of any engagement involving a child, including supervision, working hours, and any permits or approvals the law requires where the work takes place. New Faces Collective is not a party to those agreements.
When a child turns 18, their profile leaves New Faces Kids. Contact us to move it to the young person’s own talent account.
4. Your data and content belong to you
Your data belongs to you. You retain ownership of the photographs, videos, text, and other content you submit. Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including permission from anyone whose rights are involved.
You give New Faces Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, process, reproduce, and display your content as needed to operate the service and make your published profile discoverable. This permission does not transfer ownership. How we use and share personal information, including with partners, is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Community rules
- No nudity. Do not upload, publish, or send content containing nudity.
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against others.
- Do not impersonate anyone or post false or misleading information.
- Do not share content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not use the service for scams, spam, or unlawful activity.
- Do not contact a child directly or ask for a child’s private information. Contact about a child goes through their guardian.
- Do not interfere with the service or access another user’s account.
6. Moderation and removal
New Faces Collective retains the right to disable your account, unlist your profile, or remove your profile or content if you violate these terms or our rules. Unlisting removes a profile from public discovery; disabling an account prevents access to the service.
To report a violation or ask about a moderation decision, use our contact page.
7. Downloading your data and leaving
You can download your account data and remove your account from Account → Security. Request your download before deleting your account. Deletion removes your public listing and disables your access. Deleting a guardian account removes every child’s profile it manages. Messages may remain in the other party’s inbox, and some records remain as explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Service availability and updates
Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms as the service changes and will post the revised terms here with an updated date. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
9. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact New Faces Collective through our contact page.
