Henk Redmond founded Redmond Consultancy & Management (RCM) in 2003 to provide business administration advice. Later, in 2012, he founded the Father and Mother Figure Suriname Foundation (FMF). FMF focuses on youth empowerment, coaching, family strengthening, and entrepreneurship, with special attention to young people aged 8 to 18.In addition, since 2025, he has been the driving force behind Suriname Silicon Valley (SSV). This is an ecosystem that aims to connect ICT, AI, technological and social innovation, education, and entrepreneurship. Its goal is to help Suriname develop into a future-oriented digital economy.As a coach, entrepreneur, business expert, and social changemaker, Redmond focuses on developing people, organizations, and entrepreneurship. His core belief is that good leadership, role models, technology, and collaboration can contribute to a stronger Suriname. He is also an expert by experience when it comes to blended families and preparing young people for the job market.
